Our remarkable journey began in 1998 under the visionary leadership of the Pst. Ugochukwu Akwarandu and Pst. Mrs. Blessing Akwarandu. With unwavering faith and a humble beginning, our church was born in the heart of their very own living room. What started as a small gathering of believers quickly blossomed into a thriving community of faith.
This calling is to reach the unreached with the message of Faith and Righteousness and lead them into understanding God’s way, to have victory and excellence in life.

Rev. Ugochukwu Akwarandu serves at Freedom Word Assembly Int’l as the Presiding Pastor. A prolific author and love-motivated philanthropist, his passion for soul-winning is only surpassed by his deep love for God. He is married to Pst. Mrs. Blessing Akwarandu, and together, they have a thriving, glorious family.
Freedom Word Assembly Int’l which is prophetic and apostolic, in its 27 years of existence, has not deviated one day from its mandate to ensure that people are led across their barriers through the message of faith and righteousness. We have taken giant strides to equip and train believers to the level of maturity, where they can live in true freedom independent of the world system. Testimonies have abounded to this effect while they preach the Word of God, Prayer, and Leading of the Holy Spirit, without compromising.
